     My years of experience in managing the renovations, financing and repair of major apartments and motels for private parties in Southern California and Florida further broadened my views of Real Estate. For the past ten years I have been assisting clients in the purchasing, selling and financing of residential properties in the Bay Area and investment properties throughout California.      In the course of my Real Estate career I have successfully closed transactions include the listing and sales of residential property from Marin County to the southern portion of Santa Clara county along with apartment buildings in the Central Valley and Southern California.
